Resumé Database
The National Resumé Database has been created in order to meet industry needs to recruit qualified people with disabilities. As the nation's foremost authority on the value and effectiveness of individuals with disabilities as employees, we offer a searchable database of applicants who possess the technical and professional skills needed in today’s corporate workforce.
The database was designed with corporate recruiters in mind and consists of applicants from all major professions, including engineering, accounting, computing, information systems, finance and many more. Each applicant in the database has earned an associate, baccalaureate, or graduate degree or has an expected date of completion for a college degree, and each candidate’s immediate past work experience and education has been verified by the NBDC.
The database is a powerful and easy-to-use tool for recruiters in search of workers with disabilities. It is well organized, up-to-date, and compatible with most existing applicant tracking programs.
